The 18th edition of the Karlsruhe Silent Film Festival happily welcomes back one of its adopted sons. This year, Thibaudeau proposes an original performance of LADY WINDERMERE's FAN; a 1925 silent film classic directed by Ernst Lubitsch. The drama is based on an Oscar Wilde's 1893 play Lady Windermere's Fan which was first played in America that year by Julia Arthur as Lady Windermere and Maurice Barrymore as Lord Darlington.
